I'll assume that you have an NCAR account and GAUs budget. Information on CPU usage etc. is well documented on the CISL pages. I know how to compile the code on the machine bluefire.

Set up the model on bluefire.

Run the model on bluefire.

Compile (or recompile) the model on bluefire.
