What to expect when you're graduating?

Synopsis:

About eight years ago, I graduated with a Ph.D. from the AOS program at Courant and started my post-graduation journey. Today, I lead a team of AI researchers at JP Morgan. In this informal talk, or better say conversation, I would like to open the cards and talk about students' opportunities after graduating. I will speak from my experience about what it means and what it takes to work in academia and/or industry. I will focus my attention on the exciting possibilities in the world of overwhelming data.
