Metric Properties of Singularities of Complex Algebraic Surfaces

Synopsis:

This is an introductory talk on Metric Theory of Complex Singularities. We are going to define and discuss the notions of Tangent Cones, Separating Subsets, Fast Loops and their relations to the question of Local metric Conical Structure of Complex surfaces.
