Cytoplasmic flow in fungal mycelia

Synopsis:

We are trying to understand the mechanisms and functions of cytoplasmic transport in fungal and protistan mycelia.  I will present some phenomenology from our initial microscopy-based tracking of cytoplasmic components and try to identify specific problems where modeling/theory is needed.
