Rational maps of K3 and abelian surfaces

Synopsis:

I will discuss a few results and examples concerning rational dominant maps between smooth (or mildly singular) K3 and abelian surfaces. For instance, when a K3 surface can be dominated by an abelian one, or when there exists a rational dominant map between two K3 surfaces in the same polarization class.
