Sieving in Orbits

Synopsis:

We will discuss recent progress on the Affine Sieve, which aims to find primes or almost‐primes in sets of integers generated by group actions. Topics include expanders, hyperbolic manifolds, the Apollonian gasket, prime entries in matrix groups, and Soddy's spheres.
